Q; Do TeePee packages come with any entertainment?

A; No, however we do provide a basket of board games! 

Q; Do I have to assemble the TeePees myself?

A; No! We handle the entire set up and take down.

Q; If someone doesn't show up at the last minute and I've already paid for a certain umber if guest, can I get a refund?

A; No. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do make a slight exception for Signature Spa Parties, if the guest count has been finalized at least 10days prior to the date.

Q; What happens after I book a Signature Spa Pamper Party online?
A; Shortly after you've confirmed your date and placed your order on our website, Nina McLin, the Owner of Pomp & Purpose will touch base with you directly to discuss forthcoming details.

Q; Can I rent the Satin robes for my guests to use at a Signature TeePee Party?
A; Absolutely! 

Q; Can I select my own color scheme for an indoor luxury picnic?
A; No. Our settings are seasonsonal and/or celebratory themed.

Q; If I purchase any package; luxury picnic, movie set up, igloo rental or any other entertainment/service, can I cancel if it rains and get a full refund?
A; No. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO-REFUNDS. Please keep a rain date reserved when booking an outdoor set up. We'll work with you continuously to bring your event to life.
Once you've paid for a package and we've blocked that date for your event, we don't double book on that designated date, therefore we've eliminated the opportunity to book that date with other potential clients. Our time is priceless and cannot be returned, therefore we do not give refunds. The commitment to our clients is important to our brand, so no worries, we'll work you to ensure your purchase is delivered/fulfilled.

Q; Are luxury picnics for outdoor use only?
A; No! Luxury picnics can be set up indoor use as well.

Q; Can a movie package be set up indoors?
A; Yes! Movie sets ups are for indoor and outdoor use, with applicable space.

Q; Can luxury picnics be customized to match my party/event theme?
A; YES, via our Event/Party Planning option.

Q; Can a movie package be set up at a local park?
A; YES! However Parks have rules, regulations and additional fees. All of which will be the client's responsibility. We are licensed and insured, hence we meet the guidelines for local park and forest preserve jurisdictions! If an additional fee is required, we will send that fee via a separate invoice prior to the scheduled date of your event.

Q; Do I have to be home for an entertainment package to be set up?
A; NO! We can set up any entertainment package while you're away!

Q; Are Igloos heated in the Winter?
A; YES! We have a climate controlled device for Winter and Summer use! Note, when the unit is fully enclosed with both entryways zipped, the Igloo stays warm thanks to heat retention from the sun!  We do NOT recommend use of our Igloo in extreme cold or extreme heat.

Q; Are Igloos only for outdoor use?
A; No! Igloos are for indoor use as well, with applicable spacing.

Q; Can igloos be rented at night? 
A; Yes! The igloo comes adorned with exterior LED lights for an iridescent ambiance that illuminates the structure.

Q; What temperature cannot withstand an Igloo?
A; Temps below 35 and temps above 85 are NOT recommended for an outdoor Igloo, as the PVC windows may not withstand extreme cold or extreme heat.

Q; Do you accommodate kid parties?
A; YES! Kids love luxury too!

Q; Do you accommodate large parties? 
A; We work best with accommodations for 50 people or less.

Q; Can I pick up custom items?
A; YES! We deliver too.

Q; Do backyard movie packages come with a movie?
A; No. You’ll need to provide your own movie choice.

Q; Does dinner come with any set up? 
A; No. Meal service is not provided. However complimentary hors d'oeuvres are served and add-on options for appetizers and sweet treats.

Q; Is travel provided to Chicago for the Skyline set up?
A; No.

Q; Can edible products be picked up?
A; YES! We deliver too!

Q; Do chairs come with the backyard movie set up?
A; YES, when an upgraded movie package is selected.

Q; Can a movie package and an igloo package be combined?
A; YES! See options on our product page!

Q; Is an igloo only for two people?
A; No-the igloo comfortably seats 6-8 people, given tables and seating.

Q; How soon in advance should I book an entertainment package?
A; The sooner the better! Dates are subject to availability and the Spring and Summer months fill up fast.

Q; Do you set up and take down everything whether it's at my home or at a park?

Q; Is the Igloo handicap accessible?
A; Yes!

Q; Do fresh flowers come with any decor?
A; No, we use high end silk flowers. However, we can provide real flowers and send an additional invoice for the cost.

Q; Can I add a person to party packages if i need to?
A; YES! Party packages are sold with designated head counts and can always be extended based on your party needs.

Q; If I have my own vision for party decor, can I hire Pomp & Purpose to bring the vision to life?
A; YES! Prior to purchasing a party package, send us your vision template to ensure we can accommodate your party request.
