Do you want to have a LARGE indoor luxury picnic somewhere other than your home? No problem! We have the perfect private venue for this set up! Conveniently and centrally located in downtown Oswego in Washington Place. Our event space can hold up to 75 people, comes with FREE Wifi, has a small kitchenet along with FREE indoor and outdoor parking. You're welcome to bring your own food, alcohol and desserts. Rental time is 3.5hrs!

Two payment options: Pay for your party package in full to lock in your date OR a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit, at which point the party package must be paid in full 30 days prior to the party date or your original date request becomes vacant. Refunds are NOT issued for NO-SHOWS. Additional guests added on less than 72 hours from the party date will accumulate a $10 rush fee per person AND $10 per item for any customizations, of which needs to be settled prior to our arrival or the add-ons will not be included with the original guest count.
