ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you elect to cancel for any reason, you will not receive a refund or a return on your deposit (deposits are required to secure a date and that deposit is non-refundable). Pre-paid deposits go towards your overall party package price. If you elect to cancel an original date and select another date instead, your party package will need to be paid in full at the time of re-booking to secure a different future date.

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact us 7 days prior to your original date and reschedule within 30days.
Per outdoor picnics/movie night rentals, Pomp & Purpose will hold the designated time and location for your event for 30minutes after the agreed booking time. Pomp & Purpose has the right to CANCEL the picnic/event if the client does not arrive during the designated grace period. There will be no rescheduling options under such circumstances.
If the client elects to leave prior to the designated end time, please be sure to contact a team member at Pomp & Purpose to advise of the early departure.
Also note, all rented equipment is under the care of the client until returned to a team member of Pomp & Purpose.
The client whom purchased the rental package, paid the deposit and made full payment for the package is responsible for any damages, lost, or stolen items. The client is responsible to pay the full cost of each item(s) that is damaged, lost, or stolen.
For pre-set party packages such as Spa Party, Sleepover TeePee Party, Paint Party, Backyard Movie Party etc, refunds are not issued for unused equipment or party items once they have been delivered to your party location. A courtesy refund for pre-paid guests will be issued AFTER the conclusion of the party on the following 15th of the month, when proper notice has been received on our end that the guest(s) did not rsvp within five days prior to the event date. If you have a no show on the day of the event or elect not to utilize our equipment after it's been delivered, you will not receive a refund under that circumstance.
All rentals/party packages booked during the Holiday season from November-January must be paid in full at the time of booking. A deposit will not suffice to hold a date over the holiday, to prevent an influx of last minute cancellations of which we’ve experienced in the past.
